Sculpy for FIMO is two brands of clay that can be baked and they turn hard, almost like resin. You can easily mold it, then bake it, then keep it!

Yes, it is just an oven bake clay that is available in many colors. You can find it at most craft and hobby stores. It is easy to mold, and nice and sturdy once it has been baked.

As far as scale goes- I have no idea! I am all over the place with my scale. It is laughable! My kids still giggle about the GIANT BACON mishap.

I try to base the scale off of a combination of the only real lunch I have, which is Kit's lunch, and what looks okay next to a doll's hand. The "real" lunches seem a bit small to me, but even so, that is the size I usually go with.

It is really a fun way to play with your dolls. I always enjoy making stuff for my dolls and kids. This play food is for both.

I am not great at it, it is just pretty easy to do. Anybody with just a little time on their hands can do a lot better than me. Now, we do have a couple of ladies on here I consider to be FIMO Artist.I am just a hobbyist, but I sure have a lot of fun!

I have added more photos to my album: http://www.imagestation.com/album/pi...8600728&idx=26

Here is a photo to show the scale next to Kit's lunch.Kit's lunch box and the food that came with her lunchbox is circled. On the tablecloth fabric, three squares = 1".

AG foods are typically on a scale of 3:1.

I found the picnic plates at Walmart last night. I bought 2 packages as we are going to have an AG party for my daughter and her friends. I think we may have just found the craft project I was looking for, for them to do. Now they can make something for their dolls to eat and have plates to take them home on. I loved the rest of your photos American Mommy. We'll be baking today. Thanks again for sharing your ideas.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Thank you. I know the dolls are 1:3, but the offical AG food seems smaller than that to me. Kit's lunch and waffels seem so small. If I was not looking at the AG food for size reference, I would probably make my food about twice as big as I do.I think it might look better if it was a little bigger.

I am so blown away by your talents. This is the cutest stuff I have ever seen. I was in WM last night and found the frisbees and I saw the sculpy in the fabric area. I do not have that kind of patience but I have younger friends that would love to do this, and I'm going to share if thats okay with you?
